Life Arc Supply
A performance supplement brand built end to end, from the formulation and the label spec to the storefront and the ad creative.
What it is
Life Flow, a caffeine free blood flow and performance powder. Mixed berry, stevia sweetened, sixty servings, four grams of L Citrulline per serve. Oxblood and cream on the label. The whole thing, from the spec sheet to the storefront to the ads, built by one person.
Why I built it
I wanted to know whether the operator skillset transfers to a consumer product where nobody hands you a brief. Supplements are a brutal category to pick, which is exactly why it is a good test. The moat is not the powder, it is positioning, creative volume, and unit economics, and all three are things I actually wanted to practise.
How it works
Five full storefront directions were designed and tested against each other before committing, rather than picking one and hoping. Ad creative is produced with a generative pipeline that composites the real product photo into every scene, so the bottle is never regenerated and never wrong. That constraint sounds small and it is the difference between usable creative and uncanny creative.
What I learned
The supply chain is the easy part. The hard part is having a reason for someone to switch, and no amount of design fixes a missing reason.
Where it stands
Brand, label spec, and storefront directions done. Creative pipeline working. Currently on the part nobody enjoys, which is distribution.
